Eligibility
To rent a vehicle from Autoleje ApS, you must:
- Be at least [minimum age] years old.
- Hold a valid driver’s license accepted in Denmark.
- Provide valid identification and payment information at the time of booking.
Failure to meet these requirements may result in cancellation of your booking.
Booking and Payment
- Booking Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us.
- Payment Terms: Payment for rental services is due at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. We accept [list payment methods].
- Cancellations and Refunds:
- Cancellations made more than [X hours/days] before the rental start date may be eligible for a full or partial refund.

Rental Period and Vehicle Use

- Condition of the Vehicle: The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as when rented, excluding normal wear and tear.
- Prohibited Uses: You may not use the vehicle for:
- Illegal activities.
- Racing or off-road driving.
- Transporting hazardous materials.
- Allowing unauthorized drivers to operate the vehicle.
- Mileage Limits: If applicable, mileage limits will be specified in your rental agreement. Exceeding these limits may result in additional charges.
Liability and Insurance
- Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of the vehicle during the rental period, subject to the terms of our insurance coverage.
- Insurance Options:
- Standard insurance is included in your rental, covering [basic details].
- Additional coverage options may be purchased at the time of booking.
- Accidents: In the event of an accident, you must:
- Notify Autoleje ApS immediately.
- Complete any required accident report forms.
- Provide accurate and complete information to law enforcement and insurance authorities.
Changes to Bookings
Changes to your booking (e.g., rental period, vehicle type) are subject to availability and may result in additional charges. Please contact us at least [X hours/days] before your rental start date to request modifications.
Termination
Autoleje ApS reserves the right to terminate your rental agreement or refuse service if you breach these Terms or engage in prohibited activities. In such cases, you may be liable for additional fees or damages.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Autoleje ApS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
- Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the rental service.
Force Majeure
Autoleje ApS is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or other issues caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government actions, or labor strikes.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Denmark.
